• How do I sign up for a membership?

  You can sign up for a membership at our spa, online or by calling our spa at 2106608726

• When will I be charged?

  We automatically bill your card each month recurring on the day of your sign up. You can book an appointment anytime and your discount will be automatically applied when you check out after your service. If your card on file is declined, we will reach out to ask for a new card. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, your membership will be cancelled and any remaining facials will be forfeited.

• Is there a minimum commitment?

  Membership begins with a 4 month commitment to be able to experience the benefits of regular facials. After that, your membership will renew every 4 months. To maintain membership pricing, a treatment must be received each month consistently. If there is a lapse, the membership pricing will no longer apply, and standard rates will be charged automatically.

• How do I cancel my membership?

  We do not accept cancellations over the phone or verbally. In order to cancel you must email us at dewyskinspasatx@gmail.com at least 5 days before your next billing cycle. Please note, once your membership is cancelled, any remaining facials will be forfeited. Early cancellation will be one months fee.

• Can I freeze my membership?

  We know life can get crazy, which is why you are able to freeze your account for up to 3 months a calendar year. Months may be consecutive or nonconsecutive.

• Membership Discounts

  Membership discounts do not apply retroactively and are only valid the day you start your membership. Discounts cannot be shared and cannot be combined with other offers unless specified otherwise.
