How do I sign up for a membership?

You can sign up for a membership at our studio, online or by calling our studio at 2106608726

When will I be charged?

We automatically bill your card each month recurring on the day of your sign up. You can book an appointment anytime and your discount will be automatically applied when you check out after your service. Membership does not include gratuity. If your card on file is declined, we will reach out to ask for a new card. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, your membership will be cancelled and any remaining facials will be forfeited.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Membership begins with a 3 month commitment to be able to experience the benefits of regular facials. After that, your membership is month-to-month and can be ended at any time without penalty or charge.

How do I cancel my membership?

We do not accept cancellations over the phone or verbally. In order to cancel you must email us at dewyskinstudio@gmail.com at least 5 days before your next billing cycle. Please note, once your membership is cancelled, any remaining facials will be forfeited.

Can I freeze my membership?

We know life can get crazy, which is why you are able to freeze your account for up to 3 months a calendar year. Months may be consecutive or nonconsecutive.

Membership Discounts

Membership discounts do not apply retroactively and are only valid the day you start your membership. Discounts cannot be shared and cannot be combined with other offers unless specified otherwise.
